Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

BlueIntelligence ("Blue", "we", "us") provides an AI-native dental clinic management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, clinic details, and role, provided when you or your clinic administrator set up an account.

Clinic and patient data: information your clinic enters into the platform — such as patient records, appointments, procedures, invoices, and messages — which we process on the clinic's behalf.

Usage and device data: log data, device and browser type, IP address, and interactions with the product, collected to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users, process appointments and payments, send notifications and reminders, deliver AI features, provide support, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

AI features (such as Blue Assist and message drafting) process your clinic's data to answer questions and generate suggestions. They operate on a read-only basis where described and do not sell your data.

4. Our role regarding patient data

For patient and clinic records, your clinic is the data controller and BlueIntelligence acts as a data processor, handling that data only to provide the service and according to the clinic's instructions.

Clinics are responsible for obtaining any required patient consent and for the lawful use of patient information they enter into the platform.

5. Messaging and communications

When enabled, the platform sends SMS and WhatsApp messages (for example appointment confirmations, reminders, and campaigns) on the clinic's behalf through third-party messaging providers.

Recipients may opt out of non-essential messages as provided by applicable law and the clinic's settings.

6. Third-party service providers

We share information with vetted providers that help us run the service, including cloud hosting and backend infrastructure, payment processing, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, and optional Google Calendar synchronisation.

These providers may process data only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal data.

7. Data security

We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and activity logging — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clinics may request export or deletion of their data subject to applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Patients should direct such requests to their clinic; we will support the clinic in responding.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the channels listed on our website.
