1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BlueIntelligence platform and website (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Services

BlueIntelligence provides an AI-native dental clinic management platform, including appointment scheduling, patient records, messaging and automations, a clinic website builder, reporting, and AI assistance. Features available depend on your subscription tier and may change over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Access is currently offered on an invitation basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act on behalf of your clinic when configuring it on the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorisation, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering, or using them to send unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited communications.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of third-party channels (such as WhatsApp and SMS providers) when sending messages through the platform.

5. Customer data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data your clinic enters into the platform. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the Services.

Your clinic is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of patient data, for obtaining required consents, and for using the platform in compliance with applicable healthcare and privacy laws.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and credits

Paid plans (such as Standard, Pro, and Ultra) provide access to defined features and usage allowances, including messaging and AI credits. Fees, billing periods, and allowances are presented at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and allowances may not roll over between billing periods. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party providers (for example payment, messaging, and calendar providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and content provided by us, are owned by BlueIntelligence and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The platform is an administrative tool and does not provide medical advice; clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified practitioners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueIntelligence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to provisions that by their nature survive.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BlueIntelligence operates.
